sunset. The main bedroom has a queen bed, floor-to-ceiling windows for
ample natural light and an en-suite bathroom featuring a shower. The
second bedroom has 2 single beds, accessing the shared bathroom
featuring a shower.
Located in a quiet area, this secure complex is close to all amenities,
allowing guests to either explore Bloubergstrand at their leisure or
stay in and make use of the communal swimming pool, kids playground,
and braai area.
From the beach to the beachfront restaurants, bars and incredible
nightlife, Bloubergstrand has it all! For those wanting to explore a
little further, the Cape Town City Centre is a 20-minute drive away, or
guests can head in the opposite direction and explore the coastal gems
along the famous West Coast.
For security and safety purposes, guests are required to provide full names, identification, details of any children travelling, vehicle registrations, and estimated arrival times prior to check-in. This information will be treated confidentially, and failure to submit it on time may result in delayed or denied check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s/management’s discretion.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
The Property Manager will arrange a check in time with you to meet at the property, which is situated at 14 Dunbar St, Table View
The Property Manager will hand the keys to you and share with them knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
