"It’s an unstaffed hotel. You check in through WhatsApp and get a code to the door. All of that worked very well. It’s nice and clean and in a nice neighbourhood in central Cagliari. "The property was beautiful, more like a ranch. There are many animals to see as you talk a walk around the property. (Even a Camel) Once you enter the gates, you are in your own resort. I had a nice patio to enjoy the evenings with a glass of wine. The included breakfast was perfect. I also enjoyed a few lunches while on property. I treated myself to a delicious dinner at the restaurant (a short walking distance). (Make reservations at the hotel reception.) The staff were wonderful…the reception, director, servers, and nighttime bartenders! It also had a beautiful pool to relax beside and take a quick dip. (Much needed due to the extreme heat when visiting.) I enjoyed the location as it was 30 minutes west of the busy city of Cagliari. An easy drive to Chia, and on to the west side of the island. A definite recommendation!"

"Lovely room with mini fridge, great shower and balcony and really comfortable beds. Brilliant free activities for kids and teens morning 10am, afternoon 3pm and night 9pm. Watch out for the special kids activities like art classes that come with an extra charge as these at €25 are quite pricey. Activities for adults and kids are shared across three hotels in Chia Laguna so padel and table tennis were across the road but only a couple of minutes walk. There was no yoga on when we stayed which was disappointing. Food at Domus restaurant was plentiful and varied, no junk food which was great but no pizza or gelati (if you want pizza or ice cream you need to buy it from the piazza bar). Restaurant servers were not very friendly, except for the guys bringing out the food who were excellent and very helpful. There is an optional surcharge added to your bill on check out for tips for waiting staff. There is handy free road train that goes to the beautiful sandy beach nearby every 15 minutes which is brilliant. The water is clear and safe for swimming. There is a beach bar for drinks snd ice cream and an excellent water sports centre. We went horse riding near the hotel: 1hr beginners ride €45pp. We only spent a little time by the hotel pool which has a snack bar because the sun beds were so hard and uncomfortable. The beach sun loungers are divided up by hotel so the Village section has hard sun loungers. Conrad guests get lovely padded loungers so we used them in the back row."

"My fiancé and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room, grounds and pools were immaculate. It has everything you need, and there are some nice restaurants within walking distance if you fancy eating outside the hotel. The staff were also amazing, especially Martino who was very welcoming and gave us great recommendations of places to visit. The beach really made the overall experience, not crowded and we always managed to find beds. We would highly recommend this hotel to anybody visiting the area."

"This is a small 28 bedroom boutique hotel that feels so much more. The hotel has a warm welcoming ambiance that is carried through to all the staff. You walk through reception, lounge and breakfast dining area out into the bar and pool area. All well laid out with a nice feeling of space and relaxation. The pool is of generous size and shape with well laid out sun loungers. All rooms overlook the pool area but still maintain a feeling of privacy and intimacy. We had a ‘standard’ room which was spacious which was well laid out and good size en-suite. If you are looking for a quiet relaxing well presented good quality hotel look no further. Rooms were spotless and all staff very friendly."
