  • Home away from home just 200 meters to the beautiful beaches on the Delaware Bay! Let your pup roam free in the fully fenced back yard of this modern 2 bedroom/2 bath home that is just 3 blocks to the bay beach where you can swim, kayak, paddle board, or just relax and take in the breathtaking sunsets.

    This rental at 1302 Emerson Avenue has been designed so you can unwind and enjoy your stay: private back yard, deck and patio, grill, and enclosed outdoor shower. Then when you're tired from an amazing day, get a good night's sleep in the King en suite, or the 2nd bedroom with the pyramid bunk bed (queen on bottom, XL twin on top), or crash on the Full-sized sleeper sofa in the living room. Enjoy your family's company in the fully open-concept living space with high-end kitchen, or relax quietly in the enclosed front porch.

    Dogs under 30 pounds are welcome with a $175 pet fee and must be in a crate when left alone. A $175 cleaning fee will be charged for stays less than 7 nights. Renters to bring own bed linens and towels.

    Exterior security cameras are utilized for security purposes only, 1 in the backyard, 1 in the front door doorbell. Backyard camera has a privacy screen that can be closed at guests discretion.
