"The Gym was under repair, I ordered Water, I think they forgot , after an hour call them , they bring a small one , another 15 min to get it. One day I want to sleep more than usual at 9 they start to do noise , I think they were under remodeling or something . I have some clothes to clean , they told me that next day I will have them, it was 9pm , I have to call them twice to get my clothes, Terrible service , never get back."

"I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Ambassador Nice. The staff were genuinely warm, attentive, and always happy to help, which made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. My room was spotless and well maintained throughout my stay. I was also lucky to have a beautiful view that made every morning and evening even more enjoyable.
