"Very clean, helpful staff, absolutely excellent restaurant, very atypical in my experience, very nice pool, and very close to Monte Carlo and Port Hercule with an excellent hourly free shuttle. Our only complaint, which I believe is normal for France, is the air-conditioning truly was barely adequate; do not expect a strong current in your room. However, neither was the room stifling. We had an excellent view of the port of Cap d’Ail. Overall, well worth the cost."

"10/10 goes for the view and the pool. The rooms were a little out dated and ran down. Ac is available only in the main room and not in the bedrooms so if you like to sleep in cool environment be prepared to sleep on a pull out coach since the ac barely reaches the bedrooms. Having a washing machine and a stove top is a plus for delicious home made dinner with a fantastic view from the balcony.
