The price you pay will book 2 cabins. Reach out for special events, or booking weddings, reunions, retreats, and events.

The Space:
Each cabin has bright finishes, a well-stocked kitchen, and cozy living areas.
Cabin C has a large community living area, and large front and back patio.
Cabin R has the hot tub, a vinyl record player, and backyard area with turf and seating. There is some privacy, but the back yards are not fully fenced in.
Guests also have access to shared fire pits, hammocks, pool, and stargazing spots.

Guest Access:
You’ll have both cabins entirely to yourselves, plus access to shared amenities—sparkling pool, wood-burning fire pits, hammocks, terraces, and yard games. Up to 2 cars per cabin (4 total) allowed on-site.

The Neighborhood:
Located in the heart of the Texas Hill Country near Canyon Lake, you’re minutes from swimming, boating, and fishing. Enjoy floating the Guadalupe River, wine tasting in Fredericksburg, concerts at Whitewater Amphitheater, dancing at Gruene Hall, or family fun at Schlitterbahn—all within a short drive.

Getting Around:
Most guests arrive by car. We’re about a 1 hour drive from either Austin & San Antonio, which are the closest 2 airports. Parking for up to 4 cars total (2 per cabin) is included. Ride-shares and local shuttles are also available in the area.

Other Things to Note:
Pets stay free!
Quiet hours are 10 p.m.–7 a.m. to keep the property peaceful for all guests.
Parties and events are welcome with prior approval.
As part of a dark-sky community, we keep outdoor lighting low for incredible stargazing!
Please be mindful that we’re on a septic system.
No smoking on the property.

Interaction with Guests:
The cabins are self check in with a door code. We’re available by phone, text, email, or platform messaging. Our team is off-site but a 5 min drive nearby and happy to help if you need anything during your stay.
