"I unfortunately had a bed bug in my bed during my stay and it was my first time over nighting. Not a great experience what so ever."

"They changed the dates on us so we had no room when we came through on the 8th. We had to go on to Twin Falls in Jerome because according to staff there was no room for us...(that is why there was a booking on the 22nd to 23rd - I believe they changed the dates on us because they could not accomodate us on the 8th : ( Really left us hanging...we were exhausted and we had to drive 2 1/2 more hours! Note: we loved our stay at Sleep Inn in Jerome. It was clean and had a nice cool room,...

"Our first born grandson had to stay a few extra days in the hospital so we stayed a couple of extra days in Nampa. When we checked in the front desk clerk was so sweet and when she noticed I had a hospital band she let me know that the hotel offers a special rate St Lukes. It was a nice discount also."
