"The staff were very friendly. The facilities were well-maintained and tidied up by guests and the staff there. Very new and clean. Spacious common area in which you can cook and have meals comfortably. So far the best hotel I have ever stayed in Switzerland. The downside for somebody may be the self-check in system, which is easy for me but not for everybody."

"The hosts were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, the bed was a bit soft for me taste and the pillow extremely thin. The breakfast was much better than expected. The location was across the street from the gondola (less than 5 min) and Aare Gorge was a 25-30 min walk from there. The views from the places were incredible. The WiFi was good."
