"Premièrement l’hôte m’appelle pour m’annoncer que je ne peux finalement pas avoir le logement réservé. Il m’en propose 2 autres ( 1 pour mon collegue et 1 pour moi ). Par contre cela ne devait pas passer par le site mais en direct j’ai accepté n’ayant pas de solution de secours. Et là c’est la douche froide. Pas de chauffage alors que nous sommes en plein hiver. "Spotless room, great amenities. EXCELLENT location for walking the streets and finding treasures. Very safe, never felt afraid. Front staff was simply charming, friendly and over the top understanding to our plight....we arrived 5 hours early for check in. It was raining, 8C degrees and miserable. Wonderful front staff took pity on us and checked us in early so we could warm ourselves and rest. She was a lifesaver. "
