"From the minute we walked in we were greeted by Ms Diamond at the front desk. Such a pleasant person and due to our 3rd party reservation the room I had was not available so we were upgraded and it was fabulous! The breakfast and dinner hosts Dannian, Tanisha and William couldn't be more accommodating. Every staff member we met were outstanding. The complimentary breakfast, dinner and top shelf cocktails really wowed us. My next visit I WILL stay there again and recommend others to as well. So worth the price. It was so nice after driving 12 hrs to have dinner there and a few cocktails and just exhale for the evening. Room was great and bed certainly comfortable. Thanks to all the staff in making our stay a welcoming one. "

"The property is very well maintained inside and out and the staff is also amazing. The only issues were related to how hard the mattress was as well as the fact that the tv wasn't a smart tv. The hotel only has direct tv and for the 5 nights I was there, the same tv shows and movies played over and over again. Most of the world is subscribed to some sort of streaming app and not being able to at least log into your account and cast to the tv was shocking. Also, the room was amazing, but the bed in the king room was hard as a rock. The pillows I had were literally as flat as the sheets, but so grateful that the staff happened to have some new ones on hand. They even let me know that thanks to their efforts and other guest complaints, they were finally putting better pillows in the rooms. Thanks Ridgeland Holiday Inn Express Staff. I did extend my stay due to the cleanliness and niceness of the staff, but the comfort of the bed might keep me booking a second stay."

"Hotel is beautiful. Room was clean and pretty and we loved the vinyl flooring. So much better than carpet. Breakfast was delicious and everything was neat and clean. Staff at check in and breakfast were all lovely. Highly recommend this hotel. 10 out of 10!"
