"This property is excellent, actually is the best of the best in the area that it’s situated. All amenities and all the staff is amazing 10/10. It’s just steps away from the Napoli CENTRALE Station which is the main reason we chose it. The only negative is the surrounding area in which is located which feels very unsafe, dirty and rundown."

"We were offered an upgrade for only 25 euros for an early check in and a beautiful one bedroom suite. Amenities are second to none. Staff very helpful."

"The hotel was good for the sole purpose of leaving for the airport at 4am. Biggest complaints: We had the deluxe room with jetted tub, NO JETTED TUB We picked the hotel for 24/7 airport shuttle, when asked about the shuttle since we were leaving at 4am the man at the front desk said, it’s a nice 5 minute walk. So we ended up walking with our luggage and 2 yr old son at 4am to the airport. Nothing special about the hotel but not a terrible place to spend the night for an overnight early airport trip. Not worth the price though, they should cut the price by at least 50 euros"

"The hotel was very convenient as it was connected to the car rental service and also very close to the airport. The only inconvenience we experienced was that the air conditioning did not work, and since we arrived very late, we couldn’t do anything about it. As a result, we spent a somewhat uncomfortable night due to the heat and humidity. We also couldn’t open the window because of the noise, as the hotel is located on a very busy street with a lot of traffic."

"This is an old property whose interior has been very tastefully renovated, but the outside remains in run-down condition. The difference between the outside and inside is hard to believe. The area is a scruffy, working class neighborhood, across from the airport, but we felt safe walking to a cafe and to the airport. The breakfast buffet was excellent and started early, at 6:30 am. Our bed was comfortable. The room was small, but clean, with fresh wallpaper and furnishings. Mini-fridge."
