"I stayed here on my second trip to San Juan. The area is safe and tourist friendly. There are lots of nice restaurants nearby, like Bebo’s. The neighborhood is walkable, just beware of the craters in the sidewalks. This spot is 2 blocks from the beach, close to a pharmacy (convenience store), and it’s easy to catch the bus or an uber on the street too. There were no signs of vermin or insects. There were a few down sides to this stay, with the most glaring being that the pictures on Expedia...

"Great location, helpful management, and most importantly a nice clean unit. Air conditioning was appreciated and the microwave and mini fridge were very useful for all the great leftovers of food from the local restaurants, of which there are plenty and always bussling with customers and great energy; Pinkys Cafe and Bebos Cafe are a mist visit along with Chinchos BBQ for some carne & queso empanadillas or rice & pernil.
