This beautiful apartment of 80 m² is located on the ground floor of a small high standard residence with swimming pool (8m x 4m) and petanque. You are on the heights of Cannes, in the residential area of the Croix des Gardes, and you enjoy a splendid view of the sea and the Esterel.

The roomy living room, is renovated in a colonial style. It opens onto the amazing terrace that will be for you an additional living space.

The terrace is very well appointed. Whether it is to have your meals, sunbathe under the sun of Cannes or exchange with friends in the lounge area, everything is done for your comfort. You will not tire of the magnificent panorama over the city and the sparkling Mediterranean.

The kitchen is fully equipped (induction hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge/ freezer, electric kettle, toaster, Nespresso).

The two bedrooms each have two single beds (90 cm) that can be assembled into a double bed if you prefer. Both have access to the terrace.
The first one has its own ensuite bathroom with bath and toilets.

A separate bathroom is also available. This one has a shower.
Guest toilets are at the entrance of the apartment.

For your comfort, the apartment is fully air-conditioned. You can park in the private parking of the residence.
