"A pousada é incrível! Super organizada, limpinho, tem uma lareira aconchegante acessa para te aquecer na chegada. A proprietária e a Pâmela são super educadas, pessoas acolhedoras gentis. O café da manhã incrível, café gostoso, frutas, bolos diferentes, excelente localização. "Eu e minha esposa fomos surpreendidos positivamente por este hotel, já ficamos em resorts, hotéis de luxo e outros tantos em gramado e canela, mas este hotel e diferenciado, nunca fomos tão bem atendidos, o Hotel todo e muito bem cuidado, limpo e aconchegante, tudo muito bom desde a estrutura ate a equipe que realmente e diferenciada parabéns. "Limpeza, condições do lugar, café da manhã, localização e atendimento em geral muito bom. Só não fui informada via aplicativo que no ato da reserva deveria também via whatsapp reservar a vaga para garagem. E, nós chegamos mais tarde que o horário de check in e ainda tivemos tivemos que aguardar o quarto ser finalizado. Eu entendo que o período era da estadia era bem movimentado, então aguardamos. No último dia faltou água no banheiro, também."
