"Some members of staff are pretty good but others need some training. Pool bar is a bit of a joke - ask for a sprite they go to the restaurant for it. Ask again there is none - so went to the restaurant and obtained a sprite!!! Joke. Hotel is far to noisy - from 5am onwards staff banging about (every day). It is clean however and pool area is very useful. Overall wouldnt stay again."
