Place was great. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Anything we asked for was taken care of promptly. Plus you can use the facilities in the other solaris establishments next door. Their all connected. The all inclusive was pretty good. The food at the restaurants was good and there are a bunch of different ones. Def would recommend if your looking for an all inclusive place to get away in cancun.

The staff were very attentive and made the place feel welcoming. All the amenities were great. I think it would be helpful if they let us know all the amenities available at check in and the rooms/places we have access to. I had to figure all that out on my own and ask so many questions. Overall it was a great time.

Second stay at GR Solaris Caribe, and I'd come back again. Adults-only and all-inclusive, right on the beach, with a great pool scene and nightly shows at the Teatro that were a real highlight, the variety shows and live music made the evenings. The à la carte restaurants were a standout too: Tavo, Marco Polo, and Veneto all felt like a proper night out, not just resort food. The vibe is social without being rowdy, and I met some great people here. A really solid, relaxing week! Highly recommend, especially if you like the shows and the adults-only atmosphere.

Amazing experience! I really recommend all-inclusive GR Caribe adults only. Not only attention to detail and quality of products, but the service from the staff was excellent! Marco from the restaurant, Conchi from the Spa, our therapist Alex and Karina. I also want to mention Kalimba from the cafeteria. I would like to mention everyone, even if I don’t know all their names, staff was very polite, kind and helpful.

Good stay!! Check in and check out was very smooth. We were assisted by Guillermo upon arrival who was amazing at helping us book massages, a trip to isla mujeres and setting up dinner reservations. The food was ok. Many other people have reviewed the quality of the food and they were right. There are better options outside the hotel. The best restaurant for the breakfast is the one in their sister hotel. The property was beautiful and very instagramable. Will return in the future!

Great resort. We were celebrating our anniversary and they suprised while we were out with custom made lettering on our bed. We loved our relaxing and very well maintained room. All the staff were friendly. Would definitely recommend it. Wasn’t crowded at all and food was good.!
