I like the staffs; they were very helpful and kind. Khira and Perla were always greeting me in the morning and evening. They make sure that I am alright and they also give some great feedback on places and beaches to visit. Ladies thank you very much, my stay was great.

The hotel is in a perfect location! Either airport or shopping area! Gated, some restaurants around too! It’s clean hotel, rooms are perfectly clean, very quiet area, if you are looking for a beach the hotel isn’t close to any one! Staff are friendly and very helpful … the buffet was just fine !

SOMEONE STOLE $2,250 FROM ME THE DAY BEFORE I CHECKED OUT. I LEFT MY WALLET WITH THE ENVELOPE OF CASH INSIDE THE SAFE. I DIDN'T KNOW HOW TO USE THE SAFE TO LOCK IT, SO I JUST LEFT IT THERE... AND WHAT A SURPRISE THE NEXT MORNING WHILE PACKING—THE WALLET WAS STILL IN ITS PLACE IN THE SAFE, BUT THE ENVELOPE WITH THE CASH HAD DISAPPEARED. THE HOTEL DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING; THEY JUST GAVE ME THE NAME OF THE EMPLOYEE WHO HAD ACCESS TO THE ROOM AT A TIME WHEN I WASN’T THERE… TWO HOURS BEFORE MY FLIGHT, I HAD TO GO TO THE POLICE STATION TO FILE A REPORT. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE, OBVIOUSLY BECAUSE OF THE THEFT AND THE LACK OF SUPPORT FROM THE STAFF.
