"My first resort and honestly the bar has been set, food was amazing and staff were incredibly friendly. They really did put in their attention to detail. Resort was not crowded at all, plenty of room for a chair under umbrellas and the beach view was incredible. 10/10! "

"We've been to this hotel multiple times. We love the property, the staff and the vibes. As we dine out often when visiting Cancun, we were never picky when it came to the food. We were however very pleased to find that this resort has now checked this box to make it perfect. We found ourselves on multiple occasions rushing back to make dinner at the hotel! On another note, I had ordered flowers and balloons for our anniversary. The flower delivery service I hired was very difficult to communicate with and the delivery took place after we had left for the day on an excursion. Upon returning to the hotel, we found that the staff had received the deliver and brought it to our room. They also filled the room and bed with flower petals. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!"
