"This apartment was a beautiful place to stay. I love the private patio area and that it was ocean view. I didn’t like that the water pressure to the shower was very low, it was barely dripping so that was really frustrating having to use the shower in the unit. I would also recommend that since there were no room cleaning they should at least have access to a washer and dryer so you can have clean sheets and towels throughout your stay. "

"La ubicación está muy bien la playa 🏝️ está abajo de los condominios pero los Condominios son Viejos no son como los mira uno en la página Website las Toallas están viejas y rotas los baños les faltan muchos arreglos las puertas están sucias y en mal estado la agarradera de la puerta necesitan cambiarla no hay seguridad para los huéspedes las cortinas están rotas y faltan muchos detalles y adornos para que se mire bien el Condominio porque más bien parece un Apartamento en malas condiciones...

"Balcony was great, apartment was well laid out.Host was responsive! The dishes, silverware,pots were very old! Coffee pot was rusty had to buy our own pot There was no toaster host sent another it didn’t work had to send another toaster. Only given two rolls of toilet paper and two small garbage bags for six days or whenever cleaning lady showed up. Curtains had hoes in them and no blackout drapes. "Brand new property, super clean and spacious. ocean view room was amazing. Daily live entertainment and activities from the various pools around the resort was endless. We enjoyed the ambiance and the implacable service of the all you can eat Buffet at the resort did exceed my expectations! Every night the live show at the outdoor theater and live entertainment/Salsa band afterwards was as advertised. Riu Ventura Cancún is definitely worth every penny.
