Garden City Hotel, BW Signature Collection
When I booked, the ad said the room was 35 square meters. They could only supply a room with 18 square meters. (half the size of what I booked and paid for). They only made excuses and did not fix it - blaming the booking company.

Abode Narrabundah
Room layout was good, amenities perfect for us. The room had a dishwasher drawer but the plates too big to close it.

Forrest Hotel and Apartments
Small room with double bed, had requested twin beds and said they did not have any available, another 2 girls looked at her computer and were discussing. she then said we could have an apartment which was expensive.

Just fine. Location and Breakfast are the best parts. There was a big queue when I arrived so I did the self check-in but it didn't really work and ended up back down at the desk. Could be improved especially with the information you would normally get at check in with a person (e.g. Breakfast time ...
