Cosy 1-Bedroom retreat in peaceful Garran, just minutes from Canberra Hospital and close to the CBD. This furnished home offers an open-plan kitchen and living space, with easy access to shops, cafés, and transport. Perfect for work or leisure stays.

BEDROOM:
The bedroom has a queen-sized bed topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. The bedroom also has a wardrobe space for your luggage. The bedroom also has a 40` BLAUPUNKT TV, which you can use to access your Netflix and YouTube accounts. It also has access to all local channels. Note that we don`t provide Netflix, YouTube, or other online streaming platform subscriptions, so you must use your account.

BATHROOM:
The bathroom has a shower and a toilet. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper and body wash. You will need to re-stock depending on usage frequency and length of stay.

KITCHEN:
You can use the kitchen if you`re craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay you will have access to:
- fridge/freezer
- stovetop
- microwave
- oven
- crockery and cutlery
- dishwasher

We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays.

LIVING ROOM:
The living room features a cosy couch where you can unwind and relax.

LAUNDRY AREA:
A washer is available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board.

PARKING:
There is no dedicated parking space for this unit, but you can utilise the visitor parking space that is often empty. If visitor parking is unavailable, you need to find free street parking around the unit. There are few free 2H parking in Robston St.

Check-in details will be sent two days before your arrival. Access codes will be provided 4 hours before check-in to keep your booking secure.

Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. Losing the key set or leaving it inside the apartment will incur a minimum of $355 charge.

I am available mostly through booking platform messaging but I give privacy to my guests. If there is an urgent issue, you can always call me.

For shopping, Westfield Woden is only 5 minutes away with fashion, dining, and cinemas, while the Canberra Centre in the CBD is less than 15 minutes for boutique stores and major brands. Nature lovers will enjoy Lake Burley Griffin, perfect for walks, cycling, and picnics, also within a short drive.

Getting around from Garran is simple and convenient. Westfield Woden is just 5 minutes away, with plenty of buses connecting you to the city and surrounding suburbs. The Canberra CBD is less than 15 minutes by car, giving you easy access to shopping, dining, and attractions like Lake Burley Griffin and Parliament House.

Public transport is reliable, with bus stops within walking distance linking to Woden Interchange, Civic, and the airport. If you prefer rideshares, Uber and taxis are always available and arrive quickly in the area.

For drivers, Garran is close to main roads such as Yamba Drive and Hindmarsh Drive, making it easy to head north toward the CBD, east toward the airport, or south toward Tuggeranong. On average, it’s only 15 minutes to the city centre and about 20 minutes to Canberra Airport.

Active travellers can also enjoy Garran’s leafy streets and safe paths, perfect for cycling or a casual walk to nearby shops and cafés.

Any violation of our no-party rule will result in a $2000 non-negotiable penalty, in addition to any damages.

Please do not flush wet wipes, paper towels, or sanitary products. These cause blockages in the sewer system. Dispose in the bin provided.
Before your reservation can be confirmed, please note that guest verification is required. Due to local council regulations, bookings remain pending until the verification process is completed. If verification is not completed within 24 hours, the booking may be automatically cancelled.

Please also review the key house rules below:

1. Check-in / Check-out
- Check-in is after 3:00 PM and check-out is before 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available if arranged in advance. Unauthorised late departures may incur a $110 per hour fee.

2. No Smoking or Pets
- Smoking and pets are not permitted anywhere on the property. Breaches will incur a minimum $400 fee plus any additional cleaning costs. Registered service animals are exempt where required by law.

3. Cleaning
- The cleaning fee covers normal turnover cleaning and linen. Please leave the property in a reasonable and tidy condition. Excessive mess may incur additional cleaning charges (minimum $50).

4. Registered Guests Only
- Only the guests listed on the booking may stay at the property. If you are booking on behalf of others (e.g., business or government travel), please let us know in advance.

5. No Parties or Events
- Parties or gatherings are strictly prohibited. The number of guests must not exceed the number booked. Visitors must leave by 10:00 PM, and quiet hours apply after this time. Breaches may result in cancellation of the stay and a $2,000 penalty.

6. Children
- Children are welcome but must be supervised at all times, as the property is not child-proofed.
