"The phone in the room needed to be connected, as there was no dial tone. The amenities were not stable. However, the bathroom and room were very clean, and the bed was made beautifully."

"The only thing that I couldn’t explain is the shower!! It’s not possible to take a shower without making a pool in the bathroom. Whoever designed it should consider changing career. Beautiful property everybody was so helpful, especially the bellboy and concierge."

"The decor was unique and attractive. Coffee shop was good. Room and public washrooms were immaculate. Bed was a little difficult for us two seniors as there was no room to walk around the sides of the bed. However, our sleep was good."

"underground parking is tight and have sharp turns. room is relatively clean. but lack some deep maintenance. in my case, the sink was very clogged, shower head was a bit defective, one of the light wasnt working. the AC wasnt working but after escalating the issue with management, it got solved peacefully. i think this place needs to do a checklist and check every single room. overall an ok stay, very acceptable."
