This is a semi-attic two-room apartment on the first floor, composed as follows:
Terrace for exclusive use equipped with table, chairs, deckchairs and barbecue where you can enjoy your freshly grilled fish; Double room;
Complete bathroom (shower height approximately 1.78 cm); Kitchen-living room with 2 single beds; Attic storage room;
AMONG THE AVAILABLE COMFORTS: Cot and high chair for babies (by reservation), outdoor shower, 1 private parking space inside the residence, barbecue, wi-fi Internet, washing machine, 2 air conditioners, television, mosquito nets, umbrella for the beach.

Conceived and designed to spend pleasant holidays, full of reasons to never get bored, easy to reach the Sicilian beauties with the motorway entrance only about 4 km away.
- IN THE SURROUNDING AREA: Bar, pub, restaurant, pizzeria, 3 supermarkets, railway station, petrol station. Furthermore, 1 km away is the Campofelice di Roccella seafront with various refreshment points and beautiful equipped beaches.
- In the surrounding villages, markets and various festivals are held on different days with a thousand tastings of the typical and local products of our land. Remember that Sicily is also FOOD :)

-Pizza making class. Fantastic experience in the coolest pizzeria in the area. An experienced pizza chef will assist you by explaining all the necessary procedures from the dough to the baking. Subsequently, under his watch, you will prepare your pizza and then enjoy it in the beautiful seafront location;
-Restaurant making class (from April to October, excluding July and August). You will be followed by the Chef, learning and cooking together typical Sicilian dishes such as pasta with sardines, caponata, arancine/panelle and much more.
