"Upon check in complimentary bottle of water was not offered. The breakfast bar needs a bit of more attention in terms of quality of hot potato tots. Third floor carpeting needed proper cleaning, it was cleaned after the second day of our stay. Should provide shuttle service to the airport even if customer are charged. Great friendly staff and good amenities."

"Beds are terribly soft. Only ideal for back sleepers and possibly even too soft for that. No continuous fan on the air conditioner. Air clicked on and off all night, disturbing our already meager sleep. Entry door unreasonably loud. Spouse left early in the morning for breakfast and woke everyone when attempting to leave quietly. Plastic cutlery in the kitchen\breakfast area. Extremely wasteful and not environmentally friendly. Friendly staff and the hotel was clean. A hotel is supposed to be...

"A very lovely property which would be enjoyable except for the Front Desk person we encountered. He was rude and not helpful. He denied that they had the room type we had booked and asked "Well do you want this room or Not?" The Manager appeared the next day and was able easily to rearrange so that we got the King room we had booked. On all levels of encounter this young man on the desk was a determent to the property. Staff can make or break a visit."
