"Came in floor in room sticky, bathtub had a big crack and the maids did not clean the bathtub at all. Pool did not seem to be used much and it was ok clean level. Place was great outside of cleanliness. The front staff super friendly and the lady in charge of the breakfast, a total doll, and super helpful (honestly can’t believe she ran whole breakfast by herself that was amazing)"

"Clean, updated property - lobby, pool and rooms were better than expected. Staff were helpful and friendly. Convenient location to Hershey Park. Highly recommend, especially if traveling with children."

"The property was clean. Our room was large and very comfortable. Check-in was a breeze. Breakfast consisted of multiple items, including quiche, yogurt and a scone. Nicole, the Innkeeper, was exceedingly nice, and helpful in all respects, including recommending local eateries for dinner. All around it was a great stay!"

"Everything was clean, comfortable, and staff were all extremely helpful. There was construction happening during our stay but I never heard anything. Parking lot spaces were limited however absolutely no problem parking on the grass at the side of the building as directed. Great place and would stay here again."

"Currently under renovation, so the new rooms look good but the older rooms seem to lack quite a bit. My room had stains in the carpet and a persistent odor. The air conditioning did not appear to work as expected (granted, it was among the hottest days of the year). There was police presence when we checked in. Not sure if this is representative of the area or just bad timing. The officer was speaking to a guest. Cleanliness: the property itself is very clean. The room seemed "good enough"...
