"Super easy stay! Highly recommend for a local ocean side stay"

"This beautiful getaway is a home away from home. You get exactly what you see in the photos and read in the description definitely get what you pay for! The host is very sweet and accommodating when able, he was checking in making sure we had everything we needed. Close to the beach I would definitely book this spot again no questions asked. I would definitely recommend this place 10/10."

"This is a dive. Looks like an old motel that was bought and allowed to fall into disrepair. Terrible location, only accessible through a gas station parking lot, street folks in front of lobby with a fighting breed dog, room was about 8( degrees during a Heat Warning spell, chipped paint, filthy bathroom. We left within minutes, did not feel safe to sit down, or bring our belongings in. Right next to highway with loud trucks going by. Reached out to Expedia and VRBO and after dozens of chats,...

"When the price is too good to be true, you're not going to end up where you think you will. Hotel was run down and the room smelled, floor was dirty and the walls and floors were covered in damage. Pros were that the AC blew cold and water was hot. That's about it. Never again."

"Falling asleep, the sound of waves every night, there is no peace like that. The view was gorgeous, she had two beach chairs and an umbrella for the beach, I had a small hick up with parking but that was resolved promptly. The host went out of her way to make sure parking wasn’t a worry of mine during my stay as I had two cars. It was a really great place and I would stay again if I came back."

"This was an amazing rental. It was a few minute walk to the beach and was fully equipped with everything needed for a relaxing vacation. I would definitely stay again!"

"Our stay was great. The only reason I couldn’t give a five star review is the bed were as hard as rocks. If you guys upgrade the best to be more comfortable, you will have one of the best locations in the area."

"The place was clean and ready for us. It is small but had everything we needed and the location was great. Host was great to work with."

"We loved our stay at Capistrano, the staff were wonderful, check in was easy."

"This particular stay deserves an excellent review. In my mind there are four things that need to be looked at. Location - We wanted a room near the beach. This little cottage was right on the walkway going along the beach. There is some traffic on the little one way road but it goes very slow. We walked the pathway with our little dog (allowed by the rental) and we were all enjoying that part of our stay. Room - Clean, bright, well provisioned. Check in was electronic and very smooth. We...

"Amazing place. Super clean. Appears to a brand new property and the hosts were very responsive. Rooftop is awesome. Was a perfect escape, will stay again!"
