"The hotel was quaintly charming. The lounge room was comfortable. The bedroom was small and I don’t love running up the hall to the bathroom. The meal was delicious and the trivia quiz night was great fun. The breakfast was bare bones."

"6/10This property was advertised as 4 bedroom but there are only 3 accessible even though I clarified there were 4 when I picked up the keys this caused problems for us with our 4 grandchildren.Steep driveway, no shops within walking distance.Having to drive 15 minutes to collect and return the keys was inconvenient.Being told to leave the house as clean as you found it is not something we have experienced. .before and we have stayed in many homes and always left them tidy and have always had excellent reviews.Having to run and empty the dishwasher and be out by ten was impossible so had to wash breakfast dishes by hand .The bbq was dirty so we didnt use it.Positives were the beautiful views ,alfresco dining and lounge and living spaceNot the best value for money compared to other places we have stayed."

"The bush room was very comfortable and I'm sorry we weren't able to see it in the daylight as I think the views from the little outside balcony would have been brilliant. (arrived late and off before dawn for the Anzac service). A little care to be taken going down the steps to use the bathroom in the main house, (as I said it was dark) but otherwise all good and suited our needs. Thankyou to Grant for picking us up at the station as the train was very delayed."
