"We had a lovely week in this gite in Le Chenai. Jenny was so welcoming and helpful - the bed was very comfortable and the shower pressure was great! We thoroughly enjoyed exploring Jenny's recommendations; particular favourites were le Mont de Cerisy, a ruined chateau with lovely walks (and an amazing display of rhododendrons) and Chateau Ganne a ruined Norman fortress. It was also a perfect base for exploring DDay history and our dog approved of the local walks too. Sally, John & Bailey x"

"We booked in July looking for a property near the centre of Honfleur with free parking nearby. I would happily have paid the full amount up front but there seemed to be no way to do so and we were advised that the full payment had to be made by 4 August. On the morning of 4 August I had still not heard from anyone and had to contact the host directly to find out how to. It is very difficult to stop immediately outside the property so I rapidly left my wife outside with all our luggage and...

"We really enjoyed our time @ this tiny home: it was cozy and very well decorated! You really feel like you're the only one in the world with all the space around you. The garden and surroundings are amazing and very spacious. The fact that the house has no electricity was a little bit of a surprise (found that out via another posting), but there is a battery available and we made it work! All in all: we enjoyed our time there a lot!"
