Additionally, there are two independent bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub, for the greater comfort of guests.



EXTERIOR: The plot is completely fenced with 400 m2 of usable land and another 3000m2 rustic area where you will see some beautiful trees, which makes it ideal for those seeking peaceful and safe vacations. The pool, 8x4 meters (minimum depth 1.05 and maximum 2.05) with Roman stairs, is perfect for cooling off on sunny days. You will also find several terraces where you can relax outdoors and enjoy the surroundings. Additionally, there is parking space for 2-3 vehicles.
