The Princesa apartment in Calpe has 1 bedroom and capacity for 4 people. A very special apartment due to its fantastic private upper terrace that allows you to enjoy the outdoors, both for sunbathing and for dining and stargazing at night.
Accommodation layout:
With 56 m² of living space and another 44 m2 of attic terrace, the apartment is distributed with an open American kitchen connected to the living room with air conditioning, a sofa bed for one person, and a dining area with beautiful views of the Peñon de Ifach. A full bathroom with shower and a bedroom with a double bed and air conditioning. In the dining area, we find a spiral staircase that accesses the attic terrace, where we find a beautiful terrace with sun loungers, a grill for cooking, and a small sink. The terrace has beautiful 360º views of the sea, the Peñon de Ifach, and the town of Calpe, from where you can have dinner and enjoy unforgettable moments with family.

The apartment has an unassigned parking space in the building and a community pool (Located in its twin building right across). (Check schedules and seasons).
It is located 200 m from the rocky beach, 400 m from the sandy beach, 500 m from the restaurant, 500 m from the supermarket, 2 km from the natural park "Peñón de Ifach Natural Park", 2 km from the city "Calpe" and is situated in an ideal area for families and next to the sea.
