We invite you to enter this cosy house located in a residential area surrounded by green landscapes, in the heart of the Costa Brava.

Just a few minutes from the beach, you will find this beautiful villa situated in a lovely urbanisation, very close to the town of Calonge and our office, in a private and peaceful setting. The accommodation is rented in its entirety, so you can enjoy the whole house, its garden, and the pool. The pool has weekly maintenance.

The house is very comfortable and cosy. It is distributed over two floors. On the ground floor, at terrace level, you will find a spacious living room and dining area, with access to the terrace, and a fully equipped kitchen. In addition, there are two bedrooms with two single beds each, one of them with direct access to the outside. All bedrooms have air conditioning for maximum comfort. On the second floor, you will find the master bedroom with a 180x150 cm bed and access to the terrace. There is also a full bathroom.

Outside, the covered terrace offers an ideal place to shelter from the sun, with a gas barbecue at your disposal. At the back of the house, you will find a charming corner with a stone table and benches, as well as another charcoal barbecue for traditional fire lovers.

The pool has integrated stairs and approximate dimensions of 4x8 m. The plot is fully fenced, offering privacy and security during your stay.

You can park in the parking space within the property (not a garage).

What can you do around it? our location allows us to move easily to be able to visit recognized cities, such as Barcelona, Girona or Figueres. But if you want to stay closer, there are many towns that stand out for their historical features, charming beaches, water park, good restaurants and shopping centers in addition to the diversity of activities you can practice (biking, hiking, fishing, diving, sailing, kayaking...).
