"This place was literally a last minute decision. So glad we chose it!! The communication was wonderful, the host was wonderful, the room was well above our expectations. Very, very clean. The decor was perfect, it felt so much like a home!! The hot water was amazing! Steps from the beach. Would definitely stay again!! I could go on and on! 5 stars for sure!"

"A little fresh paint goes along ways on feeling like the place is well kept. Other than that the unit was clean and comfortable. the parking area had quite a few screws and nails lying around that I assume fell from above. I picked up what I found and disposed of them to avoid a flat tire. Overall a good stay."

"The house was great. The space under the house was dusty and needed to the cleaned. The property manager was super responsive when we recognized we didn’t have running water. The crew working on the street disconnected the water. She stopped by within 5-10mins of the call and it was resolved immediately. Thank you! "

"Chasin Tail far exceeded our expectations! Pictures are totally accurate and if anything don’t do the space justice. The location is perfect. It is centrally located and right next to beach access. Definitely get access to the lift and the golf cart you won’t be sorry! "
