Although reception isn't manned 24 hours, the staff were extremely helpful and kept us updated via WhatsApp when we needed to check in or to order taxis etc. The hotel was in a good location in the old town of Altea, close to the beach and restaurants. It was very clean and well maintained and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. The only thing the hotel lacked was a restaurant to serve breakfast however there are numerous bakery/cafes 2...

"Beautiful place and we really enjoyed our stay, but I would recommend making reservations for the SPA in advance. We arrived and were unable to use the SPA that afternoon and the following morning because they could not get staff. Other than that...a very nice place."
