"This hotel was one of the best places I’ve ever stayed at in Nola! Pros: staff are AMAZING, hotel is clean, the breakfast is yummy, the beds are decent, the courtyard and amenities/games are awesome, pool was clean and towels were stocked, room (deluxe suite) is very spacious, the rooms kitchen is a definite plus, valet parking attendants are very quick and helpful if you’re looking for something in particular, VERY nice hotel for the price! Cons: the ambient street/traffic noise on Sat night was fairly loud in the room (just turned up our noisemakers to drown it out), the water pressure in shower was pretty low (if you have thick hair it will take a WHILE to get shampoo out), the water temp in shower changes after about 2min in, the valet parking is $47-50/night (there are close public parking lots tho), the little convenience store/pantry area next to the front desk was very slim pickings w/ quite a few bare shelves (I just DoorDashed what we wanted and kept in the rooms full size fridge). HOWEVER, all in all, the pros highly outweigh the minor knit-picky cons for this hotel. I definitely recommend the Sonesta Hotel and plan to stay here again next trip. "

"This hotel is beautiful! The staff is that of a four-star hotel. We had one small issue that was rectified quickly. We were a little nervous to have a room assigned on the first floor of the hotel as a jazz band was performing around the corner from the room location, but we heard nothing outside of the normal hotel sounds (doors closing, etc.). The hotel location is ideal. Step outside and you'll find restaurants, shops, tours, vendors and beautiful parks nearby. Would highly recommend this property and will likely stay there again! P.S. We Uber'ed everywhere that was too far to walk. Would recommend that in lieu of car rentals. "

"I really liked the location. It was in the center of everything when you think of New Orleans. The hotel room was simple but clean. The gym was AMAZING! Gyms are very important to me. They had everything from a peloton bike, treadmills, free weights to yoga mats. I really enjoyed this hotel! I highly recommend it if you’re looking to be in the middle of the action but can still go to your hotel to get away from the action. "

"Booked 3 rooms. Waited 2hrs for check in as they were trying to get us nearby rooms. Ended up on 3 different floors on opposite ends of hotel."
