"We had a great time in the pool but nobody came out to skim off the bugs. The grill was great and saved some $ on going out. We got there 1hr 30 minutes early and was told it would cost an extra $20 for early check in. I never encountered that before. Not nice. When we came back at 3pm check in time we were told the room wasn’t ready. So we took another room since we would need to wait till 4pm for our room. No accommodation was made by the manager who was unapologetic unlike the receptionist...

"A bit dated by a nice hotel in the area"

"The rooms were clean and the basketball court was nice for the kids. The pool needed a little TLC."

"Staff was rude when they were even at the desk which wasn’t much. Came in at 10pm one night and no staff at the desk. With open doors anyone can come off the street and into the hotel. Rooms were ok but hallways too rooms were dirty. Breakfast was gross and sat out too long. Elevator smelled terrible. Ask staff upon checking in if I could stay another day and first person said yes just let us know in the morning. And the next morning staff was rude and made us change rooms to a handicap room...
