Tje hotel is quiet and peaceful. The rooms and beds very comfortable. Check in was a little slow but the pleasureable people at check made it all good. Hot water water pressure and all things worked as should. Ourstand breakfast buffet.

Overall everyone was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is a little run down and the manager wouldn't let me come back to after I checked out at 1am. My flight was delayed and came back around 7am to see if I was able to sleep a little bit until check out , but she wouldn't. Besides her the staff and the environment was nice, quiet and safe.

Very nice place with one bad apple

John was fantastic in finding me a room at 2 am and was extremely helpful throughout my stay. Can't say the same for the earlier shifts, as the black woman working the split shift has absolutely zero customer service skills and has no business dealing with the public. Lobby has an area filled with snacks and drinks for purchase. Breakfast each morning was good although the same each of the four days I was there. This hotel is in a very nice and what seemed like a safe location with lots of options just walking distance away and several more just a short taxi ride away. Plenty of taxis and uber drivers just a few minutes away. I would stay here again.

I have stayed at this hotel twice due to its convenient location near my family. While the staff are generally friendly and caring, there are significant issues. The bathroom has a weak flush and cheap-looking mirrors. The hotel caters more to corporate clients, causing early morning noise from showers and doors wifi 5th floor weak couldn’t work from here but the worst experience was with housekeeping and the front desk. Despite paying for a late check-out, housekeeping approached me at 6:15pm at the restaurant in front a friend that was visiting me , saying we should have left at 7 PM as the room was book for a next reservation.This was surprising, as I thought the room would be unavailable the next day for disinfection since we were sick. They showed no empathy, even though my husband and I were unwell, and the room hadn’t been cleaned for the last three days during our week-long stay, the room was made up only twice because our fault we were most of the time inside sleeping Given these issues, I cannot recommend this hotel and won’t be returning. The lack of care and inadequate facilities overshadow the positive aspects of the staff.

Is ok for one or two nights max. The room is very basic; not iron, not blower, not coffee maker. But downstairs at the lobby they have a big machine for hor drinks. My only complaint is the door, only have one lock so I fell insecure. The area is good, close to Chipichape Mall. The service is excellent, very nice ladies since the reception to the cafeteria. I don't know if I will stay there again.

Needs TLC.

The hotel needs a lot of TLC. It needs a good cleaning svc. There was mold in the bath room at the 3 different rooms I was shown B4 settling in one. Paint and plaster was falling of the ceiling in the bathroom of the 2nd room I was shown. To be fare, the front desk personnel was perfect.
