"From the time we arrived the staff at amaika took great care of us. The food was delicious the drinks refreshing and the hotel was lovely. Conveniently located close to the beach and right across the street from the shops. It was all we could ask for. Will definitely be coming back!"

"Hotel was refurbished and well-maintained but unfortunately they do seem to attract a lot of uncouth guests, including groups of teenagers. The pool is small and the area outside noisy with traffic."

"Absolutely wonderful hotel! I stayed here solo and felt very comfortable. Room was very clean and modern and comfortable. Breakfast is so worth it, a large buffet of real food (no fake crap). (watch out for pigeons if you eat outside, don't leave your food unattended.) pool is nice w outdoor bar. Loved that they had luggage storage for the day I had to check out. Staff were so kind and patient even though my spanish was really rusty and I was struggling to make sense. Hotel was a little tough to...
