"Property as well position within the city. Very clean and friendly staff. Nice restaurant within the property. Entertainment in the lobby during the weekend evenings."

"Stayed here for one night and overall had a really good experience. Late check-in was incredibly fast and easy, which was appreciated after a long drive and very long day at Houseman Field for a track meet. The room was clean, comfortable, and the king bed was excellent. The shower was also surprisingly nice. One underrated feature: the single-serve coffee machines were awesome. Definitely better than the usual hotel setup. Breakfast was decent overall, although the pancake machine was broken during our stay. My only real complaint was hearing that during “quiet hours,” guests were not allowed to spend time in the lobby, which seemed a little excessive and disappointing. Overall though, clean rooms, comfortable stay, and very convenient. Will stay here again next year."

"The pool looked nice but wasnt accessible because it was packed with a guest who had a birthday party at the hotel pool. The floors were wet all threw the the hotel for hours, they did use caution cones. The hotel room was clean, but the toilet paper holder rolls were hanging off the wall held on by the wallpaper. There was no hot water to shower or wash up, not even luke warm it was ice cold water. The front desk at check out was rude and dismissive. Perhaps frustrated about the questions and complaints from all the guests paying full prices for hotel rooms with no hot water available? Idk she snapped at me with a what do you want ? A receipt? Followed by reprimanded someone on the phone about getting the water fixed. Very unprofessional behavior. No discount or help for the inconvenience, not politely thanked for the stay. Just disregarded rudely while trying to check out. The staff tending to the breakfast area were kind, helpful and accommodating. The night gentleman staff member at the front desk was helpful and had a polite mannerism."
