"This place is really a hidden gem, stopped on a road trip for a couple nights and hated to leave. Friendly and helpful staff, excellent food, comfy, clean, and well maintained rooms. Parking was easy and location was exceptional; mall and beautiful park just steps away. Hope to return again!"

"Really fantastic stay. Given the price it was great, with fantastic ammenities and an awesome breakfast. Room is certainly dated with torn carpet. Otherwise it was styled nicely for its time. Absolutely amazing views."

"We held a family reunion with three generations from the UK, Canada and Portugal. The house was perfect. Everyone loved the space and it really felt like a home that has hosted many joyful gatherings in the past. The porch was a great place for meals and just hanging out. The house was clean, the friends who caretake were helpful and responsive, and Stepan, the owner, was quick to respond to questions and provided very useful information about the house and where to eat and things to do. It is a quiet and peaceful place and the trees around the property gave us a lot of privacy (as well as being beautiful). The location is ideal for trips to the beach, neighbouring villages and Lisbon. We would absolutely recommend this property."
