Guests have full access to the villa, with 2 rooms locked. We do not give the premises to more than one party at a time so you have exclusive use of the villa.

→ Hosting events (e.g., weddings, anniversaries, DJ nights, or similar) requires prior government approvals. Kindly contact us in advance for guidance and assistance.
→ Valuables & personal belongings - The management cannot be held responsible for any loss, theft, or damage. Please use the digital locker & secure all doors/windows.
→ No large/mini buses or Tempo Travellers allowed inside. council parking available nearby
→ Any damages must be settled with the on-site manager
→ Pool hours: 8am – 8pm only
→ Outsourced chefs must be accompanied by their own dishwashing and service staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
