Clean but small

5 stars considering the price. The rooms are tiny, which I'm guessing is the difference between the Budget and regular Ibis. But if you don't mind being somewhat cramped for a night or two, this place is clean and has everything you'd expect from a fine chain hotel.

Ibis-as expected-which is a good thing!

Needed to overnight before picking up my rental car to head to the Atacama so I was only there for about 9 hours. Breakfast good. In fact, I have stayed in an Ibis before-you know what you get-clean/modern microtel that is hassle free.

Hotel padrão Ibis. Atendeu a nossa necessidade, já que apenas dormimos antes de ir para San Pedro. Bem localizado, com café da manhã variado. Tinha um pouco de fila para fazer check in e checkout, já tem apenas 1 funcionário para atender. Estacionamento fechado e gratuito ajudou bastante.

Equipe de Recepção muito educada, cama super confortável, café da manhã superior ao padrão Budget, uma delícia! Os únicos problemas, o ralo do chuveiro não dá tem vazão suficiente e a água começa a subir e a água não esquenta o suficiente, fica levemente morna, e estamos em 2 quartos, os problemas não são pontuais de um quarto, nós dois acontece a mesma coisa.

Estadia Ibis

Passamos uma noite no Ibis em Calama para descansarmos e irmos para San Pedro no dia seguinte. O quarto não é ruim, a cama é muito boa e confortável, mas o chuveiro é péssimo, mal saiu água e não esquentava. O café da manhã é bom. Agora, o atendimento é péssimo, estou falando do atendimento da noite, pois chegamos às 22:00 e não tivemos direcionamento nenhum, o atendente estava de óculos de sol e não nos orientava em nada. Nao sabia passar as informações corretas sobre Wi-fi, não nos orientou sobre café da manhã e quando chegamos tinham algumas moças indo embora, pois havia dado algum problema no quarto delas. O quarto é bom para descanso, mas peca muito em qualidade de atendimento.

Lamentablemente en la recepción me estaban cobrando por dos personas, en circunstancias que mi reserva estaba pagada para dos personas, despues de varios minutos aceptaron mi reserva. La calefacción no funcionaba, me facilitaron un calefactor. En la barra se nos quedó una botella pagada y al reclamarla nos dijeron que era responsabilidad nuestra, al momento de decirle que al menos podrian avisar al huesped que algo se le quedó insistieron en que la responsabilidad era nuestra.
