"The property was beautiful and pretty empty. They stated free transportation to the hotel but be never showed up and the we made another reservation for my brother coming home the next day and they never showed again even after calling them in the morning and reminding them and them reassuring me they would be there but didn’t show show again. Then we asked for transportation to the airport when leaving and they said they only had 9am and 12 but 9 was too early and 12 too late. We waited for a taxi at 11 and they were taking a group I asked what’s up with that and they said oh well we are going to pick someone up so we are taking them. They didnt come clean the room the last day and seamed like they didn’t care . Also they say beach front BUT ITS NOT!!!! It’s a 4 min drive and then a 5-10 min boat ride and they only take you at 10 and 2 and come back at 5 prices were great "

They always had a moment to chat and made us feel special. Israel, headed the landscaping crew and worked diligently to make sure the facilities were well maintained. Israel always had a smile on his face and stopped to ask how our stay was.We must also mention Patricia who spearheaded the front desk and who checked frequently to ensure our stay was perfect.
