Badly expérience

unfortunately it was a bad experience, the windows did not close when we arrived in the room it was 14° I got sick the next morning we did not have sheets. It wasn't the room we asked for, we were supposed to have a jacuzzi in the end we ended up with 2 double beds. we stayed one night and left the next morning when I requested a refund for the next night that I had already booked, I was refused. other than that, the staff is nice

Vi hadde bestil rom en natt for å hygge oss i Cairo. I kjørte til adressen med taxi, sjåføren gikk inn i bygningen og fant ikke hotellet. Ingen skilt eller merking, så vi fant ikke stedet. Utenfor så det ut som et slumstrøk, skittent og falleferdige bygninger. Vi hadde ikke WiFi og fikk ikke kontaktet hotellet før dagen etter. Vi klaget men fikk ikke pengene tilbake, men fikk vite at rommet var leid ut til andre fordi vi ikke sjekket inn. Ingen fra Hotellet forsøkte å oppnå kontakt med oss i løpet av påfølgende natt/døgn på e-post eller telefon. En skuffelse og fikk ikke refusjon på beløpet tilbake. En stor skuffelse.
