"The best and safe location in Cairo. When in Cairo, hotel location is a must. The hotel is very conveniently located, across the old Egyptian Museum. This is where you need to be if it's your first time. Turn left as you get out the hotel and that will take you everything you need from dining, shopping, souvenirs. One piece of advise, do not engage a conversation when someone approach you in the corner or alone the shopping lanes. Otherwise, Steingenberger has the best service, front desk, room, dining staff and even the sales staff in the mini shop. Enjoy!"

"Staff amazing Everyone and everything was above expectations for the price! Only suggestion is time for new sheets. They are pilled. If looking for budget friendly room LOOK here! They have airport transport for a very reasonable fee. Per car not per person."

"Good, clean hotel, checin took longer than expected as the first room smelled and then it was changed to a clean room. Room was quiet and comfortable to sleep. Staff is helpful and friendly. Food at restaurant was not good, very cloe from airport and the hotels run shuttle every 30 mins."

"Pros: 1. Staff helpful and kind 2. Hotel accommodating with late check-in and out due to flight delays 3. All meals were delicious 4.Enjoyed the balcony suite with pyramid views Cons: 1.Some items on menu were not available 2. The tub is a beautiful addition to have in the suite, but the water only gets lukewarm, not hot at all like the shower in the bathroom. After an all day safari, I wanted to soak my muscles, but could not take a bath as the water would be cold, by the time it would be filled."
