"Tout était parfait en général. Un peti bémol sur le buffet déjeuner. Manquait toujours des tasses à café ou des verres pour le jus. La présentation du buffet est très ordinaire pour la classe d'hôtel. Les saveurs n'étaient pas au rendez-vous. ."

J’ai particulièrement apprécié la propreté de la chambre et des espaces communs. Les photos publiées correspondent bien à la réalité, ce qui donne confiance dès l’arrivée. L’équipe est chaleureuse, respectueuse et toujours prête à aider avec le sourire. Le séjour s’est déroulé dans de très bonnes conditions du début à la fin. Je garderai une excellente impression de cet hôtel et je le recommande volontiers."

"Overall nice hotel. Staff is extremely helpful, their hotel is small and in the middle of a very rural area in Giza but most hotels with a rooftop view of the pyramids are like that. Rooftop view of the pyramids is amazing."

"The hotel, hotel room, and amenities are beautiful. The staff was friendly and helpful. We loved the couples massage that I had scheduled before our arrival. However, I had also reached out a month or two months in advance and asked them to decorate the room for our five-year anniversary, but they didn’t. Before spending a few nights in Cairo we stayed at the Hilton Resort and Spa in Luxor, and they set the bar high with swans made out of towels, hearts on the bed, and even gave us a heart-shaped cake for free. At Sofitel, we didn’t get anything and that was disappointing."
