"Beautiful place in the heart of Cairo. Our room looked over the Nile river and the city below. It was really hard to access the fitness center for some reason. Very friendly staff."

"The hotel is really cleam, very comfortable and facilities are new. Staff are very polite and they really try their best to help. The dinning area i clean and good are kept covered. Breakfast can have a bit more in terms of options The only issue I have is that we booked a room for 5. We had 4 beds and a sofa bed. I personally don't think a sofa bed with no mattress on it counts as a bed. The pool was also not very clean. Looks like it doesn't get used much . The hotel is located in a residential areas, so not much to do in the immediate area."

"We stayed five nights at the Sheraton Soma Bay Resort with my wife and teen daughter in a luxury suite to wrap up our extensive Egypt trip. The room was beautifully furnished with 3 balconies providing 270 degree view. The property’s true strength is its beautiful beach and sunset views. The main shortcomings is a very limited number of restaurants (2) which is rather unusual for such a sprawling resort. All in all, an excellent stay."

"The hotel is close to the airport and the room was clean. I felt safe as a women traveling by myself. The room was clean and the staff were very accommodating. Shuttle service was $8 USD which was a nice surprise. I would stay again."

"Typical upscale airport hotel. Good Buffet breakfast. Parking is NOT free as they charged us 80 Egyptian Pounds to park for 1 hour to unload our baggage. Sign said 200EP ($4) to park overnight. Wifi is nearly useless - both in the lobby area and in our smallish room. Smoking allowed in the lobby area. Frequent free airport shuttle van very convenient."
