"The room was clean & maintained well. The staff were friendly & very helpful. The pool area was nice m, the food was absolutely mouth watering! Loved our stay & will return next year for basketball 😊"

"Very nice hotel. Rooms were on the smaller size, but were cosy. The staff were very helpful. Parking seemed awkward, as its first in at a nightly rate. I worked it out, that I would go to the plaza after work, free parking for 3 hours, walk to dinner and return to the hotel after 6pm where the street parking was free. It was a short walk to the hotel, but after 8pm, I would go down and bring the car out the front of hotel. Breakfast was very nice. The swimming pools were strange with glass sides and bottoms, allowing everyone to watch you swim from side to bottom in both pools. Great location with restaurants at your door step and the esplanade at your back door."

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our visit. The facilities were excellent, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and enjoyable. The location was also very convenient, making it easy to get around. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay."

"Good position to central Cairns and room was a good size. Had to move ironing board from wardrobe to be able to use the 4 hangers provided. No drawers to put clothing in for our 8 day stay. Room was not cleaned on a regular basis and we had to insist on fresh towels for each day. Reception staff were excellent."
