"The daily resort fee of $111 should be clearly disclosed during check-in. I honestly don't see the benefit of such a high fee. Many hotels have pools and beachfront access without charging an additional amount like this.
You don't even provide complimentary bottled water in the room, let alone the level of service expected at a resort of this caliber, but somehow I was charged for these. The hospitality was mediocre, and at times it felt like the staff didn't give us the same experience as...
