"Easy to check in remotely. It was located next to a lot of restaurants and a nice park that we were able to walk to. Angelica, the property manager was so helpful! She provided me with great information on how to check in and use keys to get into the building. "

"Casale La Gora in Tuscany. The property is beautifully renovated, blending historic charm with modern architecture. Our room was clean and cozy, the breakfast was delicious, and the pool was perfect for cooling off during the hot summer days. The host was warm, friendly, and always helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely love to come back! "

"We enjoyed our stay here with two children. The host is on hand to help and give advice about places to visit. She noticed we had booked an apartment without a kitchen and gave me the option to swap which we appreciated. We didn't have air conditioning but with the amazing old buildings, built with thick stone walls, we only felt we needed it when the temperature reached over 35 degrees. Again the host allowed us to swap rooms. The place is near a main road which we got used to after the first...

"Our stay was aboslutely wonderful! The house and farm lies high up in the Tuscan hills and we were immersed in lush greenery with a river flowing nearby. Lorenzo was very welcoming and cooked us a delicious Tuscan dinner every night. We also loved his beautiful dog and two cats who made our stay extra nice! The room was sprakling clean and very cozy. "We loved staying here. Barbara was kind, accommodating and made us feel really welcome. She was super with our little daughter. This place has also a hidden gem of a waterfall at a walking distance from the property. Loro Ciuffenna and its surroundings (including Arezzo) is a wilder and beautiful part of Tuscany who I would recommend visiting to anyone. *****"

"Simply beautiful the only thing is make sure you have a car. Taxi are expensive and they didn’t want to drive there they would literally refuse because it’s secluded. Everything was beautiful the breakfast could have been much better but the view it’s amazing lovely lady at the office just make sure you have a car otherwise gorgeous "

"Our short stay could not have been better. After difficulty with our phones and GPS, we arrived to a very gracious Christina and a relaxing stay. The breakfasts we're outstanding. Thank you so much, Christina."

"The facilities where great only one small bit of advice could do with some more cooking utensils like wooden spatulas as I ended up using a ladle to stir spag ball sauce as didn’t want to use a spoon or it would scratch the bottom of the pan "
"This hotel is first rate. The staff is sharp and concerned that you are happy. I had a long day and was beat one day, and the staff made me a pick up expresso to energize me. I enjoyed the cocktails in a sitting room near the desk, very stout mohettos. The free parking saved me 30-40 euro everyday. The village center of Fiesole is only a mile away, and has a pharmacy, bars and restaurants of good quality. "
"We had an exceptional experience at this beautiful, state-of-the-art hotel. From the moment we arrived, everything felt fresh, thoughtfully designed, and impeccably maintained. The lobby alone sets the tone—modern, elegant, and welcoming.
Our room was spacious, spotless, and outfitted with smart features that made the stay feel effortless. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the technology intuitive, and the attention to detail truly impressive.
The staff deserves a special mention: warm, professional, and genuinely eager to help. Every interaction felt personalized, and their pride in this new property really shines through. We will definitely be returning! 15/10 stars
Whether you're traveling for business or relaxation, this hotel delivers comfort, luxury, and convenience in equal measure. I can’t recommend it highly enough—an outstanding addition to the area and one I’ll definitely return to."
"Room was clean and modern. The bathroom was full of towels, heated each and bathrobes and slippers. The staff at the front desk were great and helped us book taxis and find great places to eat.
The location was perfect. We even met the owner and he was incredibly nice and down to earth. "
"My Wife & I are American tourists visiting Florence for a friend's wedding at a nearby venue. The JOIVY Together Urban Resort was a wonderful place to be our home base. The front desk staff was very nice and spoke great english. They helped us out with calling taxis and answering all of our questions. The room was very clean and the breakfast was quite delicious! We would definitely stay again."
