"Hotel was clean, was in a wonderful location, and the staff was helpful (although English challenged). Hotel was quiet and very clean. Surrounded by wonderful restaurants. Breakfast was extensive and although not to OUR tastes was well liked by all other guests. Had a heating problem with our room which was fixed by the next night. Would certainly stay again. Suggestion: Do NOT book the night dinner cruise on the Bospherous. Bad food but good entertainment. Expensive. Take a day cruise instead. We booked an official Turkish guide through the hotel and were very satisfied with him and official Turkish guides are highly regulated and VERY knowledgable. In all of our travels on the Med. we liked Istanbul the best over Rome, Barcelona, Lisbon (although all of those are world class cities). NOTE: Change money in Turkey. Evidently everybody does and the exchange rates are MUCH better than we got with our bank and there appear to be currency exchange kiosks with 4 on every block. Almost everybody LOVES dollars or Euros but carefully note the exchange rate that merchants are giving. Turkey appears to be a bargaining culture and tips are appreciated although not expected. We found Turkish merchants to be persistent but NOT objectionable. Turkey is NOT a touching culture. Arrange airport pickup through the hotel. The "new" Istanbul airport is large and modern with a LOT of walking and poor English signage. Note that Turkey is not an EU country with significant passport procedure"

"Great location, beautiful, clean room, helpful staff. Enjoyed the piano player in the lobby. Partial sea view room was spacious and comfortable, but the view was mainly of the huge Hyatt hotel. Overall a wonderful stay in a vibrant part of the city."

"I recently stayed at CVK Park Bosphorus Hotel for two weeks and am pleased to share that my experience was exceptional. Her attentive approach made us feel truly welcomed and cared for at all times. Additionally, Mr. Mohammad Saberpour from the Guest Relations Department was extremely helpful, ensuring that our room received the best possible service and demonstrating outstanding hospitality. My spa experience was equally memorable, thanks to Mina Mehr, who explained all services thoroughly and professionally, making the experience very enjoyable. I also highly recommend Anna, the massage therapist, whose professionalism and expertise provided much relief for my shoulder and back pain. Furthermore, Cellal First at the breakfast area was exceptionally helpful in securing our tables, greeting us with a genuine smile and warm hospitality that set a wonderful tone for each morning. Overall, the dedication and warm hospitality of the staff made my stay truly memorable. I highly recommend CVK Park Bosphorus Hotel for its outstanding service and welcoming environment."

"I stayed at Titanic City Taksim during a trip to Istanbul for dental work, and it turned out to be the perfect choice. I arrived before check-in and the staff welcomed me right away, even bringing me a glass of juice while they prepared my room. The lobby was clean, modern, and inviting, and my room was just as impressive—comfortable bed, great city view, and an updated bathroom with a rainfall shower and plenty of amenities like slippers, toiletries, and even a toothbrush and toothpaste. I had read some complaints about noise, but I barely heard anything from other rooms. Outside noise felt normal for a lively city like Istanbul. The room was a bit warm at times, but opening the window brought in cool air and solved it easily. Breakfast was excellent every morning, with fresh pastries, fruits, vegetables, and many Turkish options. The location near Taksim Square made it easy to explore, and I always felt safe walking around. Housekeeping was wonderful and kept everything spotless. I’ll be returning to Istanbul soon, and I plan on staying here again. Highly recommended."
