"A clean and well-appointed cottage in lovely estate gardens. However the VRBO listing is wrong- there is no ensuite for the twin bedroom and certainly not three bathrooms. This was very disappointing."

"Very special place, peaceful and quiet. Viv was a wonderful host, especially as I was a lone traveller. Gorgeous bedroom and balcony up in the apple trees, lovely views. Dreamy. Would love to return and just wish I could have stayed longer."

"Walkable distance to the centre of Falmouth. Loads of free parking when we went. One occasion. we parked on the road a little up hill (2 minutes walk). Its a lovely cottage, I hadn't considered the Victorian steep steps up to the first floor (regarding my 80+ YO mum), but equally might be testing if one had little kids. Other than that, we loved it cheers."

"This was the perfect place for my son and me to stay for a week, with beautiful scenery, stunning views, and complete peace and quiet that made it feel like our own private field. There was plenty of space for others to join with tents if needed, and the owners were incredibly friendly and helpful, along with their lovely dog. "We loved our stay here. Mark and Kat were responsive and thoughtful hosts (a lovely cream tea welcomed us on arrival). The house had plenty of space for our large group. We liked the private and green location. And we were welcomed everytime we got back to the house by three super friendly dogs who we well in love with!
